My Telehealth practice is ideal for individuals seeking therapy for difficult life transitions, seeking personal growth, or mental health challenges. I also draw on an intersectional approach, understanding that client’s experiences and identity are shaped by the interconnectedness of multiple factors, such as race, gender, culture, age, religion, and social-economic background. I take time to listen and honor client’s unique experiences, helping your understand how these overlapping identities influence your self-awareness and emotional well-being.
I’m a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and owner of my own practice, where I work with kids, teens, and adults. I help people dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more, offering medication management and support to help them feel more like themselves again.
I see clients through telehealth, making it easy and convenient to get care from wherever you are. My hours are flexible to fit into your schedule, whether you need an early morning or evening appointment. Whether it’s your first time reaching out or you’re continuing your mental health journey, I’m here to make the process feel a little easier.
