At Beryllium Psychiatric services we believe that mental health care is not just about medication, or therapy, it is complete mind/body rehabilitation. We believe that people can harness a series of simple, easy-to-use steps to recover, cope and thrive beyond mental illness. I am Dr. Karen Abdool and I would love to offer you a free 15 min consultation. We provide both in-person and online holistic mental health services for all residents of Massachusetts.

I offer a relaxing and client-centered environment where trauma informed care is my upmost priority. I am certified in EMDR and intensively trained in DBT. I often utilize both modalities to assist clients with emotions. I offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments. I additionally have limited Saturday appointments. Sessions can be scheduled for both in-person and virtual.

PsychMD Therapy Wellness – Currently available Mondays and Tuesdays to evaluate and holistically manage patients virtually or in person.

Psychotherapy and medication management for adults with a collaborative approach where the patient leaves feeling informed and empowered in their treatment. At this time only virtual/video sessions. Board certified in adult and forensic psychiatry. Self-pay only. Will provide billing information to submit for out of network benefits.

Forensic psychiatric services include but are not limited to: expert witness testimony, independent medical examinations, criminal responsibility, testamentary capacity and medical malpractice. Available to travel as needed for forensic engagements.
