We believe that people can harness a series of simple, easy-to-use steps to recover, cope and thrive beyond mental illness. I am Dr. Karen Abdool and I would love to offer you a free 15 min consultation. We provide both in-person and online holistic mental health services for all residents of Massachusetts.

I offer a relaxing and client-centered environment where trauma informed care is my upmost priority. I am certified in EMDR and intensively trained in DBT. I often utilize both modalities to assist clients with emotions. I offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments. I additionally have limited Saturday appointments. Sessions can be scheduled for both in-person and virtual.
