I am a fully telemedicine based practitioner. I have been in private practice since 2018 but have worked in mental health since 2000 in different capacities. I specialize in anxiety and depression and toxic relationship dynamics with women of African and Caribbean descent as well as queer identifying individuals. I am a person centered, strengths based practitioner. A session with me is like talking with an unbiased friend that will hold you accountable and keep you on your identified healing journey.
I believe in self care and model it in how I practice. I work Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7am-8pm.
I live primarily in Ghana, West Africa and also coach others on how to make the escape from America.
I take most insurances and offer out of network billing support.

Provides specialized mental health care for children, adolescents and seniors, ensuring age-appropriate treatment approaches. Offering in-home and facility management psychiatric medication management services to geriatric patient and seeing pediatric patients virtually and in office. Offering holistic treatment based options utilizing medication management along with nutrition and exercise management by a experienced board certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner. This practice has 2 physical locations, 1 in North Carolina in the Charlotte area and a 2nd office in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
