Place Description: I am a fully telemedicine based practitioner. I have been in private practice since 2018 but have worked in mental health since 2000 in different capacities. I specialize in anxiety and depression and toxic relationship dynamics with women of African and Caribbean descent as well as queer identifying individuals. I am a person centered, strengths based practitioner. A session with me is like talking with an unbiased friend that will hold you accountable and keep you on your identified healing journey.
I believe in self care and model it in how I practice. I work Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7am-8pm.
I live primarily in Ghana, West Africa and also coach others on how to make the escape from America.
