Jewels Integrative Psychiatry is a Black female-owned, and operated, telepsychiatry practice, serving residents of Pennsylvania and Virginia. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders, through a combination of holistic and naturopathic options, as well as pharmacologic measures. My therapeutic model involves a combination of CBT-based principles, and active, empathetic listening. Goals of service include reducing the intensity and frequency of symptoms, improving emotional regulation, enhancing self-esteem, and fostering resilience. I offer evening hours for individuals who are typically unavailable during normal daytime hours, and take pride in being accommodating and accessible.
